Early Life and Service:
Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Janaé joined the U.S. Air Force after high school and was stationed at McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, where training was completed as a dental hygienist. This experience instilled discipline, service, and attention to detail.
Education:
Janaé studied preventative dentistry through the U.S. Air Force, earned a BA in Marketing and Communications from California State University, Sacramento, and studied executive MBA studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
Professional Background:
Career experience includes corporate marketing in high-tech companies, leadership roles in the fitness industry, fitness event production, and decades of real estate investing.
Real Estate Experience:
A real estate investor since 1978, Janaé grew a rental portfolio from $2,000 to seven figures. Janae became a licensed California real estate agent in 2023 to help others buy, sell, and invest with confidence and purpose.
Designations and Community Involvement:
Janaé is a Probate and Trust Specialist through the California Association of Realtors and the founder and organizer of Auburn Porchfest, an annual neighborhood music festival.
